Best Lunch I Ever Made in 10 Minutes

Did I say make? Sorry, prepared is the more accurate word.

I will always make sure to have these ingredients on hand. It was fairly healthy (it says Lean, afterall, right next to Cuisine)  and inexpensive (grocery store had them on sale for $2 per box) too!

Lean Cuisine Thai Spring Rolls (3 rolls=single serving)
Asian Slaw Mix
Cole Slaw Dressing
Wasabi Paste

Put the rolls in the oven and mix the slaw up with the wasabi paste. Plate the asian slaw and position the spring rolls adjacent or on top.  De-Li-Cious.
